Eutalia supports ENAC – Ente Nazionale per l’Aviazione Civile, acting as the Lead Member State body in the EU Twinning Light Project “Strengthening the capacities of the Ministry of Interior for conducting air operations”.
As Mandated Body, Eutalia is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support, as well as for the contractual, administrative and financial management of the experts throughout the implementation of the contract.
The beneficiary administration is the Aviation Unit Department of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The objective of the project is to strengthen the Aviation Unit Department within the Ministry of Interior in conducting air operations in accordance with international standards, ensuring enhanced safety, efficiency and effectiveness in support of law enforcement activities.
The Twinning Project officially started in January 2026. Its duration is 10 months, and the overall budget amounts to EUR 250,000.
