Eutalia serves as the implementing body on behalf of the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) within an international consortium comprising ADM itself as the project’s technical partner, the lead organisation Fundación Internacional Y Para Iberoamérica De Admón Y Políticas Públicas (FIIAPP), the Slovak Agency for International Development Cooperation (SAIDC), and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). This initiative falls within the framework of the “European Union Support for the Internal Market” project, funded by the European Commission.
Over the past decades, the Republic of Serbia has undergone significant internal transformations. To strengthen the competitiveness and positioning of its domestic market on the international stage, Serbia must foster closer ties with neighbouring countries, implement legislation in line with European standards, enhance institutional regulations, boost competitiveness in key socio-economic sectors, and reduce reliance on the private sector by investing in specialised economic institutions, investigators, and leading professionals.
Supporting Serbia as the beneficiary country, the project has a total duration of 36 months and a budget of € 8,000,000. Eutalia oversees the financial and budgetary management, as well as monitoring, logistics, and the evaluation of technical experts on behalf of ADM.
